Release preparation for v3.36.15. This PR includes the changeset and release image.

Changes included in this release:

  • Add 1M context window beta support for Claude Sonnet 4 on Vertex AI
  • Add native tool calling support for LM Studio and Qwen-Code providers
  • Add native tool call defaults for OpenAI-compatible providers
  • Enable native tool calls for Requesty provider
  • Improve API error handling and visibility
  • Add downloadable error diagnostics from chat errors
  • Fix refresh models button not properly flushing the cache
